Party Cheese Ball


  • 2(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1(8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans toasted
  • Optional garnish: Finely chopped parsley, finely grated cheddar cheese


  1. Place cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, and milk in a medium mixing bowl. Using a mixer, beat until fluffy and light. Stir in green pepper, pineapple and ham. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Shape mixture into a ball; roll in nuts. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve with buttery crackers.
