- French fries (cooked--amount of your choosing)
- 1 cup brown gravy
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Habanero cheddar cheese curds
- bacon crumbles
- Bring gravy/glace and heavy cream to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and set aside.
- Place cooked French fries in a bowl, top with cheese curds, creamy gravy & bacon crumbles.
- Tip: Substitute the Habanero cheddar cheese with your favorite type of cheese curds.
