Three Cheese Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 large Russet potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 medium onion, julienned
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. chives, minced
Instructions
- Lay out a 13"x18" piece of heavy-duty foil. Spray with cooking spray.
- Spread potatoes and onions out on foil. Season with seasoned salt and pepper, then top with butter.
- Sprinkle all remaining ingredients evenly over potato/onion mixture. Cover with a second sheet of greased foil and crimp around edges to seal.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Alternatively, bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
