Creamy Artichoke Dip


  • 1(8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1(15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper;diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine all ingredients well. If no food processor is available, simply combine the ingredients vigorously by hand in a large mixing bowl. Spread mixture into a shallow baking dish, and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve and enjoy with bagel chips, crispy garlic toast, or lightly toasted pita wedges.
