Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake Pie


  • Crust Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted Butter,melted
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 1(8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup 2% Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 oz semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled


  1. Crust Directions:
  2. In a small bowl, combine all crust ingredients;press onto bottom and up sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Filling Directions:
  4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour for 2 minutes. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in milk and vanilla, scraping bowl occasionally. Blend 1 cup of the batter into the melted chocolate; pour chocolate mixture into crumb crust. Slowly pour remaining vanilla mixture over the top. Using a spoon, carefully swirl the chocolate mixture up from bottom of crust to create the desired pattern. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until center is set. Cool completely, and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Enjoy!
