Fluffy Lemon Fruit Dip


  • 1 (8 oz.) package 1/3-less-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 oz.) container non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sifted powder sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream


  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar. Add lemon juice, stirring to combine well.In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks; gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.Cover and chill until ready to serve with assorted fresh fruits, such as apples, bananas, and strawberries.
