Irma has been employed by Southwest Dairy Farmers since 2012. Previous to SWDF, Irma worked concurrently for Azar Family Investments and Mithoff Burton Partners. Irma is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Business Degree. She is married to her husband, Ron, and has 2 children Steven and Lauren, along with two grandchildren, Joshua and Jordyn. In her spare time Irma enjoys fishing, reading, flower arranging, gardening and cooking.
