Lauren is originally from Calverton, Virginia, and earned a degree in Animal Science with a minor in Wildlife Biology from North Carolina State University. Before joining Southland Dairy Farmers in March 2025, she co-owned and operated an on-farm creamery in South Carolina, giving her firsthand experience in the dairy industry.

In her role, Lauren oversees operations throughout the Southland region by helping coordinate events, keeping farmers and members informed about organizational activities, supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her goal is to find new and creative ways to share the importance of dairy within local communities while continuing to represent dairy farmers to the best of her abilities.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and watching sports.
