Paula is originally from Terrell, Texas, where she graduated from Bryan Adams High School before attending cosmetology school. She joined Southwest Dairy Farmers in January 2007 and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since.

In her role, Paula oversees the creamery, manages front desk operations, and welcomes visitors to the Southwest Dairy Museum. She enjoys being part of an organization that promotes agriculture and the dairy industry through education while helping create a positive experience for every guest who visits.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, their two children, Jason and Jennifer, and feeding wildlife. She values spending time with her family and enjoys the outdoors.
