Blueberry Sour Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- Crumble Topping:
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine sour cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt & egg. Fold in blueberries and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes, or until filling is set.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumble topping. Bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool pie at room temperature for 1 hour. Transfer to refrigerator and cool 1 - 4 hours to allow filling to fully set and flavors to meld.
