Very Merry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 large box of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 c. eggnog
  • 12 oz. container of whipped topping
  • 1 lb. gingerbread snaps

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding, eggnog, and whipped topping. Let set for 15 minutes.
  2. Place a layer of gingerbread snaps on the bottom of your serving bowl. Then add a layer of pudding mix. Alternate layers of gingerbread snaps and pudding until all pudding mix is used on the top layer.
  3. Mash 12 gingerbread snaps into crumbs and garnish on top.
